Born on the 27th of October of 1961 in the village of Lehchevo in the Montana area. He graduated The High School of Fine Arts “Zanko Lavrenov” in Plovdiv and then moved on the study Illustration at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia. He lives and works in Plovdiv. Valeri Cenov has had numerous solo exhibitions in Bulgaria, France, Germany, Luxemburg and the USA and his paintings have found their way to many private collections across the world.
Valeri Tsenov’s paintings are characterized by his precision and attention to detail. His style can be best described as “fairytale realism”.
