Born on May 13, 1964 in the city of Plovdiv.
She graduated from the Art High School in her hometown
and the National Academy of Arts "Nikolai Pavlovich"
in Sofia with a degree in Sculpture.
She has realized a number of exhibitions and participations
in plein airs and symposiums on sculpture
in the country and abroad,
as well as monumental compositions in urban environments.
Penka Nikova works in the field of sculpture
and small sculpture.
Her works are exquisite and depict her fresh sense of humor.
Her preferred material is bronze,
but she also experiments with paper figures.
Her works are in the House of Humor and Satire in Gabrovo,
at the US Embassy in Sofia,
in galleries and private collections in Bulgaria,France, Germany,
Switzerland, Great Britain, Turkey and others.
