Tsvetan Lazarov was born on February 10, 1962 in
Berkovitsa.
After graduation, he continued his education at the
National Academy of Arts in Sofia, majoring in Painting
in the class of Prof. Dobri Dobrev.
Since 1989 he has been working as a freelancer.
He has over 40 solo exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad.
In 1997 he received a permanent exhibition at
the prestigious Smedbin Gallery in Husqvarna, Sweden.
His works are in the National Gallery of Fine Arts,
in private and municipal collections.
In 2010 he won second prize for sculpture at the
Atelier on the Danube Symposium in Pöchlarn, Austria.
