Todorov was born on the 8th of June 1959 in Bourgas. He graduated from the School of Arts in Kazanluk in 1985 and then the University of Veliko Tarnovo with a degree in "Painting". He has been the subject of more than 30 solo exhibitions home and abroad. His paintings can be found in private collections in Bulgaria, Belgium, Germany, France, England, the USA, Turkey. He lives and works in Bourgas.
Ketsa's works focus on figural paintings, drawings, and lithography. His style is characterized by a specifically grotesque representation of characters and the deliberate deformation of the objects.
