Born on October 10, 1956 in the town of Shumen,
Rumen graduated from the University of Veliko Tarnovo
"St. St. Cyril and Methodius”, majoring in Sculpture.
He was a member of the Union of Bulgarian Artists.
He has also realized over 50 solo and group exhibitions
and has won the Shumen Award for Fine Arts in 1987,
1989 and in 2008.
He died in 2019.
Rumen Mihailov has worked in the field of
sculpture and small sculpture, painting and drawing.
