Maria Raicheva was born in 1977 in the city of Sofia.
In 2002 graduated in Painting at the National Academy of Arts in the studio of
Acad. Svetlin Rusev.
In 2008 defended her doctorate in Art Studies at the National Academy of Arts.
In 2011 he specialized at the Cité des Arts in Paris.
Member of the UBA.
She has over 10 solo exhibitions in Sofia and the country.
She has participated in many joint exhibitions in our country, as well as joint exhibitions in Poland, Moldova, Hungary, Greece, Turkey, Montenegro, Slovakia.
She has won several prestigious national awards.
She lives and works in Sofia.
