Ignata Vasileva finishes her education in the year of 1996 in "Jules Pascin” academy, Sofia. She works in the field of painting, and drives her inspiration from the beauty of the garden, its diversity and the way it interacts with nature.
She’s a member of the „Union of Bulgarian artists” and also of the “Bulgarian society for the protection of birds”.
Ignata Vasileva’s work is entirely inspired from live nature, more specifically her adoration for the beauty of flowers. Her paintings are overflowing with tinges, they are bright, colorful and spectacular, capturing even the smallest detail.
Ignata has over 20 solo exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad, as well as two curatorial projects.
